明日発売の『スペックオプス ザ・ライン』にてCO-OPチャレンジモードが同時配信
Take-Two Interactiveは、8月30日に発売するPS3/Xbox 360用ソフト『スペックオプス ザ・ライン』において、CO-OPチャレンジモードを発売同日に配信する。
本作は、近未来の荒廃したドバイを舞台にしたTPS（サードパーソンシューター）タイプのアクション。プレイヤーは米国陸軍デルタフォースのチームリーダーとなり、行方不明になったジョン・コンラッド大佐の救出に向かう。リアルな砂漠戦とプレイヤーのモラルを試すような深遠なストーリーが見どころだ。
本作には、キャンペーンモードの他に、5種類のマルチプレイモードを搭載。発売と同日に配信されるCO-OPチャレンジモードは、それらのマルチプレイモードとは異なる、最大2人での協力プレイミッション用のマップが4種類追加される。これらのミッションは制限時間内に特定の目標を達成することでクリアとなる。
